1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases from secondsurf, Einzelfirma, owner Noé Gasparrini (“we”).
2. Enquiry and contract
The pieces on the website are not a binding offer. You enquire about a piece with the “Ask about it” button, and we send you the payment details. The contract of sale is made when your payment reaches us. Until then, the piece isn’t reserved. If someone else pays first, we’ll tell you and refund any payment you’ve already made.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). secondsurf is not registered for VAT. Shipping costs are added as set out in section 5.
4. Payment
You pay immediately and in advance. You get the payment details by email. We ship once payment has arrived.
5. Delivery and shipping costs
Within Switzerland we ship with Swiss Post, usually within 2 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders from CHF 50.–: free
- Orders under CHF 50.–: CHF 9.– up to 2 kg, CHF 12.– up to 10 kg (Swiss Post, PostPac Economy)
For shipping abroad, contact us and we’ll tell you the cost in advance.
6. Returns and exchanges
Returns are possible in these cases: you received the wrong piece, it was damaged in shipping, or it doesn’t match the description. Tell us within 14 days of receiving it, using the returns form. The piece must be unworn and in the condition you received it. If the mistake was ours, we pay for return shipping; otherwise you do. With a return you don’t get money back, but a gift card worth the purchase price. Every piece is one of a kind, so there are no exchanges.
7. Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, our pieces are used. Wear that is described or visible in the photos is not a defect. Otherwise, the statutory warranty rights apply (Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
8. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.
